Pinky Discharge Am I Pregnant

145 years between Russia and the United States

Russia and the United States held a summit today through next eight days in Moscow, with significantly different objectives while the initial idea is to improve relations between the two superpowers, in what will be crucial to seek constructive dialogue on the control and non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.

Dmitri Trenin, director of the Carnegie Moscow Center, Lilia Shevtsova, a contributor to the domestic policy agenda of the Centre and James Collins, director of the Russia and Eurasia program at the Carnegie and former U.S. ambassador to Moscow, providing a set of ideas and perspectives focus on how the Russians believe that this meeting with Obama, with the points the following key:

  • First, the site at the conclusion, the Kremlin, whose beauty and richness helps to restore the image of Russia as a great power and legitimizes the status quo of the Russian political elite in Country. For the United States, the summit is just a part within a wider plan by which to attempt a closer relationship with Russia to get more cooperation on its part with regard to Iran and Afghanistan but the U.S. missile defense project is certainly a sticking point, although a defensive shield between the two powers together, as proposed by Putin in 2000 would undermine the main Russian argument to justify huge spending on security: that the United States could destroy them.
  • United States and Obama should clarify that they do not want to interfere in the complex dynamics of Russian presidential tandem between Putin and Medvedev, but negotiated with the Russian Government in full.
  • The conflicting interests that divide the political elites of civil society in Russia will be a key challenge as Russian liberals hope that the president has a message for each other.
  • The increased Russian cooperation is likely to lead to allow the transit of NATO troops across Russia and the supply of provisions.

What they have made clear already in Russia is that "Moscow is not Cairo, but a different environment with different expectations." Obama is a celebrity, but do not expect him to give guidelines to name or know what should be the leaders of Russia and his visit can not do much to encourage pragmatic liberal or Russian. "This can only be done inside the country."
