According to new tax rules that take effect next year that will impact electronic billing applications must contemplate the adjustment in the charges of the invoices completed by 31 December 2009.
And that is not paid within 15 days of the date of issue because the amount to be atomaticamente companies must adjust the VAT to 16% on all invoices that are not settled in this period .
This will mean that notes are reaicen Credit charge as the case to be reported in the monthly report should proporcionars the SAT.
